Ft Worth, Texas – In the mid ’60’s, at the height of a successful engineering career, Dr. Kaiser was born again and filled with the Holy Spirit. Dr Kaiser and his wife Emogene entered the fulltime ministry in 1969; pioneering a church in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 1971 a door was opened for them to serve at Christ for the Nations in Dallas, Texas. Bill served on staff as worship leader, registrar, bible teacher and Emogene was a voice teacher. In 1976 they launched out in a missions ministry in the US and Europe. In 1978 Dr. Kaiser became the director of Word of Faith Leadership and Bible Institute, an interdenominational bible program broadcast nationwide via satellite.

Since 1986 the Kaisers have traveled the US, Canada, Europe and Africa in missions ministry. Together they pioneered the Time of Refreshing meetings for American missionaries serving overseas. To date they have conducted over 35 Time of Refreshing gatherings, hosting missionaries for three days of cost free blessing and encouragement. Since 1986, they have hosted over 2000 missionaries. The Kaisers have been married 60 years. They have two married sons and four grandchildren.

Dr Kaiser is the author of many books and research notes.
